All your coupons in one place, exactly when you need them.

Objective

Create and design an app that has all your favorite stores coupons all in one place and be able to apply them in store. Never forget your coupons again.

Approach

This app had to be functional, so I went through a lot of user testing. First, I asked strangers questions about their shopping and coupon experience. From there, I created wireframes and conducted user testing with paper prototypes. After assessing the interface based on user feedback, I finalized the app design.

Problem:

Applying for loyalty memberships is annoying. Once involved, inboxes fill up with emails—too many to keep track of useful coupons, which leaves most to expire and go unused. 

Solution:

With stores providing more and more discounts, an app that combines all coupons would better suit customers’ needs and earn the stores more money with loyal customers. To apply for these discounts, one will provide their information once and then is automatically put into their  favorite stores’ programs.
